2nd grade Insights

on order...
There is a(new)big problem at school. One I never dealt with growing up. Having a last name starting with "K", I was always in the middle of the line up process. No matter how we lined up, A-Z or Z-A, always in the middle. Being a "W", Katelyn is usually at the end. In fact, in her class, she is the very end. I've always figured the problem was she doesn't get to be at the front of the line, but no. Her problem comes when someone else, "who is not supposed to be there", tries to be the end of the line. This makes her so mad, irrate you might say.

Today she was so mad at her friend, Lorin, because she was "sneaking" to the back of the line. Now, in Lorin's defense, she is a "W". But in Katelyn's words, "She is a We. That is before Wh!" "She won't even have to go to the bathroom & she will end up at the end of the line when she should be the front, because you are supposed to come out & scoot down the hall in order."

Lesson learned - Know your place people. Cutting to the back of the line is just as abhorred as cutting to the front.
